Orders and delivery
Stripe processes payments. Our delivery service verifies the purchase and uses the purchase email to send a personal download link through Resend. We store delivery records to avoid duplicate emails and provide access. Payment details are handled by Stripe; do not send them to our support address.
Simple website measurement
We count page views, preview clicks, toolkit selections and checkout steps to understand which parts of the website are useful. These are event counts, not identified visitor profiles. Our measurement code does not use cookies, browser storage, fingerprinting or advertising pixels.
Only predefined page, product and source categories are counted. We do not include names, email addresses, full URLs, search terms, diagnoses or worksheet answers in these counts. Browser privacy signals such as Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable optional interaction measurement. Servers and payment providers may process technical information needed to deliver and secure their services.
Confirmed purchases are counted separately from clicks, with an order-derived identifier to prevent duplicate counting. Purchase records are required for order service. We do not send this information to advertising networks.
Your worksheets
Completing a downloaded PDF does not send its answers to us. You control where you save or share it.
Purchase and support emails concern your order. Buying does not enroll you in a marketing sequence.
